This notice describes the actual behavior of the current website. It is not a compliance certification and has not been reviewed by legal counsel.

What we collect

When the online inquiry or consultation-request form is enabled, we collect the business information you enter: your name, business email, company (optional), country (optional), service of interest, project description or consultation details (if provided), and your consent acknowledgment.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to coordinate a consultation. We do not sell it. We do not add you to marketing lists.

CAPTCHA processing

When the online form is enabled, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish automated traffic from real inquiries. Turnstile processes your request according to Cloudflare's privacy terms. We do not retain the CAPTCHA token after verification.

Internal access

Submitted inquiries are stored in a database on our own infrastructure. They are accessible only to authenticated Stewsac administrators over HTTPS. Administrative access is rate-limited and audited.

Retention

Inquiries are retained until they have been resolved and then for a limited period for record-keeping. Administrative CSV exports, if produced, are handled by the same authenticated administrators. You can request deletion of your inquiry at any time by emailing support@stewsac.com.
